Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
